Programme Schedule
The Intensive Ballet Masterclass 2026 runs over seven consecutive days, each carefully structured to build technical strength, artistic awareness and performance confidence. Mornings are devoted to classical ballet technique — the foundation upon which everything else rests — while afternoons expand into specialised disciplines, repertoire study and individual coaching. The rhythm of the week is demanding yet sustainable, allowing dancers to progress meaningfully without sacrificing quality or safety.
Each day begins with a professional-level morning class in classical ballet technique, led by one of our faculty artists. The focus is on placement, alignment, musicality and the purity of classical movement — the principles that underpin every role a dancer will ever perform. After a short break, the schedule continues with pointe work for advanced participants, men’s technique, or repertoire and variation study drawn from the great classical ballets.
Afternoons are dedicated to specialised disciplines such as pas de deux, contemporary and modern movement, stretching and conditioning, and — for the professional track — stage education and performance preparation. The day closes with time for individual practice, private lessons or guided recovery, ensuring that each dancer consolidates the day’s work both physically and mentally.
Across the seven days, participants are exposed to the full breadth of classical and contemporary ballet training. Core disciplines include classical ballet technique, pointe work and pointe preparation, repertoire and variation study, pas de deux, contemporary and modern dance, stretching and physical conditioning, musicality and artistic expression, and individual competition preparation.
For the youngest dancers, the programme is adapted to be age-appropriate: emphasis is placed on musicality, creative movement, coordination and the joy of dancing, with gentle introductions to the foundations of classical technique.
The week culminates in a closing ceremony and final showcase, open to families, in which participants present the work they have developed during the Masterclass. This performance opportunity is an essential part of the experience — it allows dancers to apply what they have learned in a supportive, professional setting and to experience the discipline and excitement of preparing for an audience.
Every graduate of the programme receives an official certificate of participation, personally signed by all ten faculty members.
